By leveraging Tekla Structures as a single source of truth and utilizing Trimble Connect for seamless project collaboration, we streamlined workflows for designers, fabricators, and contractors, ultimately enabling a smooth and safe on-site installation while minimizing disruption and ensuring the JRL meets its noise reduction goals.

AbbVie’s Singapore manufacturing facility expansion represents a strategic US$223 million investment aimed at significantly increasing biologics production capacity to support growing immunology and oncology demand. As AbbVie’s sole manufacturing site in Asia, the project plays a critical role in the company’s global supply chain, adding 24,000 liters of drug-substance capacity. The expansion demands highly coordinated architectural, structural, and complex MEP/process systems within sterile environments, where BIM enables precise modeling, clash-free coordination, and future-ready asset integration. By supporting rapid manufacturing changeovers in days rather than months, BIM-driven workflows contribute directly to enhanced operational efficiency and long-term facility performance.

The construction of Mapletree's interim ferry terminal is a significant step towards the potential redevelopment of HarbourFront Centre. The two-story terminal, spanning 17,428.68 square meters, is designed to accommodate ferry and cruise operations for a decade. Key construction aspects include the relocation of existing jetties and pontoons, the construction of new passenger facilities, and the implementation of sustainable design features. Once completed, the interim terminal will provide a modern and efficient facility for passengers, while paving the way for a more ambitious redevelopment of the entire HarbourFront precinct The scope of work for the BIM Consultant encompassed comprehensive architectural, structural, and trade modeling, coordination, collaboration, and documentation, alongside proficient BIM project management.
